Reservations and Event Bookings

Reservation and event inquiry submissions made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Deposits or prepayments for private events are subject to cancellation policies communicated at the time of booking.

Text Messaging Terms

When you give Summer Shack your mobile number on a form on this website, you agree to receive text messages from Summer Shack about that inquiry or request. If you also tick the box to get event and menu news by text, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Summer Shack. Ticking that box is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

The wording on our forms, so you can check it here. Under the phone field: "By providing your phone number you agree to receive text messages from Summer Shack about your inquiry or request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help." The optional box: "Text me event and menu news from Summer Shack. Recurring marketing messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

When you call us at (857) 832-5550, our recorded menu says: "To have our booking link texted to you, press 1. For an existing reservation, press 2. For hours and directions, press 3. For private events, press 4. To speak with someone, press 5. To hear this again, press 0." Pressing the key that offers a text sends one text to the phone you are calling from, and the call tells you it was sent. After the hours are read, the menu offers them by text the same way. Those texts are not marketing.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and your text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.

Disclaimer of Warranties
