COVID-19 Questions

What safety precautions is Summer Shack taking?

We are following all Massachusetts state and local regulations regarding reopening. We have also followed all CDC recommendations. All tables are at least 6 feet apart, sanitizing stations have been set up throughout the venues, and disposable/single use menus utilized. Our staff has been fully trained on COVID-19 protocols at work and self-monitoring at home. Any one (staff and guests) are asked not to join us if they are presenting any symptoms of Covid-19.

Are masks or face coverings required for guests?

Masks are required for guests at all times, unless you are seated at a table. 

Do you currently offer indoor seating, outdoor, or both? 

Our Cambridge location has both indoor and outdoor seating. Boston, and Mohegan have indoor seating.

What is your weather policy?

Rain or shine we are open! Our outdoor patio area in Cambridge is covered from inclement weather.

Is there a time limit on seating?

What are your current hours? 

Cambridge: Monday – Sunday 11:30am - 10:00pm

Boston: Monday - Friday 4pm - 10pm. Sat & Sunday: 11:30am - 10pm

Mohegan: Sunday - Thursday 12pm - 7pm Friday & Saturday 12pm - 8pm

Mohegan Express: Monday - Sunday 12pm - 7pm

What is the process for curbside pickup? 

Pickup order can be placed through our website at either our Boston or Cambridge location. Feel free to call the restaurant, and we will run it out to your car. Mohegan Sun takeout orders can be taken by phone. 

Is Summer Shack available on food delivery apps? 

Yes, our Boston & Cambridge locations are available on Grub Hub & Uber Eats.

Menu Questions

Do you have gluten-free options available?

Yes. All of our items are prepared to order and can be adjusted for dietary restrictions. 

Do you have vegetarian options available?

Yes.

Gift Card Questions

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes

How can I send someone a gift card? (physical mail or e-gift card)

You can come into one of our locations for a gift card, or you can purchase one online through our website. Gift cards on our website can be mailed throughout the entire U.S.

How long does it take to get a gift card in the mail?

5-7 business days, unless you opt for an e-gift card, then it is delivered instantly.

How can I check the balance of a gift card?

On our website, or any Summer Shack Location.
